Biography

Dr. Xinchao Steven Wei is currently working as Assistant Professor and Program Coordinator of Civil Engineering The State University of New York Polytechnic Institute, USA. He has completed his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University, USA. Previously he was appointed as Lecturer, Assistant Professor at Northeastern University, Shenyang, China, Graduate Research Assistant, Engineering Scientist and Postdoctoral Fellow at West Virginia University, Morgantown, WV. He also worked on several research projects as principal Investigator and co-investigator. He has published 3 research articles in journals, 19 research articles in journals, 23 presentations and proceeding contributed as author/co-author. He is professional member of Sigma Xi, The Scientific Research Society, American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Association of Environmental Engineering and Science Professors, and American Society for Engineering Education (ASEE). He is also serving as reviewer for number of journals.
