Biography

Dr. Hoda Ahmed Atwa is currently working as Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Faculty of Medicine, Suez Canal University, Egypt. She is also Head of Pediatrics Endocrinology Unit. She is member of ESPE, ISPAD, ESPR and ESPED. She is also serving as reviewer of some pediatrics, endocrine and genetic journals. Her research area focused on several topics, PI of Obesity and Metabolic Syndrome Studying Research Group, PI of Diabetes Research Project “Assessment of HLA Profile and Environmental Factors in Egyptian Children with Type1 Diabetes”, PI of Establishing Pediatrics Diabetes Comprehensive Services Project in Suez Canal Area.
