Enas Mahmoud Moustafa, is an Postdoctoral Research Associate at Department of Radiation Biology,
National Centre for Radiation Research and Technology, Atomic Energy Authority, Egypt. Over 12 scientific papers and projects either presented or published. Im internationally recognized expert in many areas of cancer which is one of the major causes of death. I believe that future improvements can increase sustainability, such as antitumor drugs, and many others of novel applications. My research has focused on molecular evolution and the regulatory regions of genes involved in cancer and the synergistic effect between antitumor and radiation. Also, My research focuses on the biological effects of low radiation doses and mixed beams of radiation of different LET, mechanisms of radiation-induced chromosomal aberrations, biomarkers of radiation exposure and biological dosimetry. I am concerned in how environment-associated accumulation of oxidative modifications to proteins affects their structure and function. Also, I am interested in how environmental toxins affect protein-protein and DNA-protein interactions. my Laboratory Skills as DNA isolation, chromatography, absorbance spectroscopy, steady state and pre-steady state kinetics, fluorescent microscopy, SDSPAGE, sterile technique, culture maintenance, media preparation, restriction enzyme digestion, expression, plate assays, redox assays, Calibration and use of scanners and radiation shielding, Measurement of radiation doses.
