Biography

Dr. SAFSAF Boubakeur is a lecturer, teacher, and researcher in the Veterinary Sciences Department of the Institute of Veterinary Sciences and Agronomic Sciences of Batna University. Dr. SAFSAF is responsible for teaching the courses on the physiology of reproduction of domestic animals, biotechnology, and reproductive pathology. Dr. SAFSAF has more than 20 national and international publications and communications. He held the position of head of the department of veterinary sciences, a member of the scientific council of the ISVSA. He has directed the research in 5 national research programs. It ensures the supervision of the students in magisterium and doctorate, As well as graduation submissions for graduate students. He participated in the defense of the theses of Magisterium, Doctorate, and university empowerment. Recent publications focus on studies of the sperm parameters of small ruminants and disorders related to postpartum pathology in the bovine species. Less interest is also paid to certain parasitic and digestive pathologies of bovine animals. He was also an active member in the preparation of the annual dairy cow fair (2006-2007- 2008 and 2009) in the wilaya of Batna. Dr. SAFSAF holds a bachelor`s degree in natural sciences from the Chihani Bachir High School in Khenchela, has obtained the diplomas of Doctor Veterinarian and Magisterium of the Mentouri Brothers University of Constantine, the Doctorate in Science and University Empowerment to lead the research and basic diplomat (license) in Traduction (Arabe- french- English) at Batna University 1.
