Biography

I have developed the professional skills and expertise in the practice of sound food quality management in FMCG organizations spanning at least ten (10) years and contributed to areas of laboratory analysis, production management, new product development in bakery and beverages as well occupational health and safety management. I am vast in the application of different continuous quality improvement tools like six sigma, lean manufacturing, statistical process control and the in-depth application of problem-solving tools like cause-and-effect diagrams, pareto analysis, flowcharts, scatter diagram, histogram, and control chats. I understand and implement ISO clauses in Food Safety Management System (ISO 22000:2018) and Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015). I am a highly cerebral research scientist with scientific publications in the areas of food science, biochemistry, pharmacology, biotechnology, and toxicology in different international peer reviewed journals. I have spear-headed several result-oriented teams and developed model which have withstood the pressures of time. A confident, energetic, hardworking, and self-motivated person, proven team leader and self-starter with well-developed analytical work and good inter-personal relationship having regard for timeless values of integrity, commitment, and professionalism.
