Biography

Cletus is a Lecturer in Geopolitics and Environmental Politics at the Department of Geography at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) and studies for a PhD at the University of Leicester, UK. He is an Associate Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society (with IBG) in the UK and member of the International Geographical Union Commission on Geography of Governance.
