Biography

Dr. Gregory Onomakere Avwiri is currently working as Adjunct Professor at IAUOE. He has completed his Ph.D. in Environmental Physics from Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Nigeria. Previously he was appointed as Assistant Lecturer, Lecturer, and Senior Lecturer at in Physics Department, University of Port Harcourt, and Visiting Lecturer at Delta State University, Abraka. He has remarkable record of professional leadership and community services. He is fellow of Nigerian Institute of Physics, member of Nigerian Corrosion Association, Physics Writers Series Creation, and Nigeria Society for Radiation Protection. He has supervised 13 MSc and 6 PhD students. Dr. Gregory has published 80 research articles in journals, 21 abstracts in conferences and 5 books contributed as author/co-author.
