Biography

I am Uzoamaka George-Okafor, a professor of Food and Industrial Microbiology at Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Enugu in Nigeria.
I am a full Microbiologist by profession, having had my first, second and third degrees in Microbiology. Additionally, I am a certified Medical Laboratory Scientist and a post-graduate scholar in education.
