Biography

Dr. Wei Wang is currently working as Associate Professor at Jiangsu Institute of Parasitic Diseases Key Laboratory on Technology for Parasitic Disease Prevention and Control, Ministry of Health Jiangsu Provincial Key Laboratory on Molecular Biology of Parasites, Yangxiang, Meiyuan, Wuxi, Jiangsu, China. His area of research interest and expertise includes, Systematic Assessment of Praziquantel Sensitivity in S. Japonicum in China and Monitoring of Praziquantel Resistance, Exploring the Mechanisms Underlying Praziquantel Resistance in S. Japonicum using Molecular and Omics Tools, Screening Novel Anti-Parasitic Agents and Molluscicides, Assessing the impact of Water Resource Development on Public Health concern. He is also serving as editor of several journals. He has 14 publications in journals as author/co-author.
