Dr. Ugur Guvenc is currently working as Associate Professor at Duzce University, Electrical-Electronics Engineering Department, Turkey. He obtained his PhD in Computer Science from Gazi University, Ankara, Turkey. His research area related to Artificial Intelligent, Power Systems, Image Processing. He has published 27 articles in national and international journals as well as 17 papers in confrences/workshops.
