Biography

Dr. Mustafa Oskay is currently working as Associate Professor at Celal Bayar University, Turkey. He has completed his Ph.D. in Basic and Industrial Microbiology from same University. His main area of interest focuses on Soil Microorganisms (Actinomycetes), Bacteriology, Industrial Microbiology, Microbial Diversity, Industrial Biotechnology, Food Biotechnology, Phytotherapy, Herbal Medicine, Essential Oils, and Traditional Medicine. He has 29 publications in national and international journals contributed as author/co-author.
