Biography

Dr. Wickrama Arachchilage Raveen Thushara is currently working as Senior Scientist at Horticultural Crops Research and Development Institute, Sri Lanka. He has completed his Ph.D. in Molecular Plant Pathology from same Institute. His main area of interest focuses on Molecular Plant Pathology. His area of expertise includes Molecular Plant Virology, Seed health testing, and Development of Screening technique for Crop Diseases, Molecular Plant Bacteriology, ELISA, Molecular Plant Mycology, Molecular Diagnostic techniques, PCR, and Integrated Crop Disease Management. He has published 30 research articles in journals contributed as author/co-author.
