Biography

My name is Dina Mostafa Mohammed, Dr. Researcher, Food Industries and Nutrition Division, National Research Centre, Cairo, Egypt. I finished My B.Sc. in the field of Biochemistry and Microbiology with final grade "Very Good" so I have the basics understanding of Biochemistry, Nutrition, Food Microbiology, and food industry. My Master's degree in biochemistry with thesis entitled: “Biochemical studies on the effect of nanoparticles of some nutrients on apoptosis modulation of breast cancer cells in experimental animals”, Biochemistry Department, Faculty of Science, Cairo University, and my Ph.D. degree in biochemistry with thesis entitled: “Biochemical studies on the relation between tamoxifen, nano-nutrients and some bioactive components and gene expression in experimental breast cancer” Biochemistry Department, Faculty of Science, Cairo University.
