Ayman Y. El-Khateeb, Chairman of Agricultural Chemistry Department, Faculty of Agriculture, Mansoura University, Egypt. Scientific researches in biotechnology and nanotechnology focused on extraction, isolation, identification and characterization of natural compounds from medicinal plants or by-products and experiment its antioxidant, antifungal, antibacterial, antidiabetic, anticancer and antiaging activities.
