Biography

Gloria Aderonke Otunola, (PhD Biochemistry: Food & Nutrition), is a Functional Food Scientist, with SA NRF rating C2. She is a Senior Research Fellow and Co-Leader MPED-RNA, University of Fort Hare, South Africa. Her research is on applied biochemical, nutritional and pharmacological translation of medicinal plants/foods for prevention/treatment of malnutrition and chronic diseases.
