Dr. Saviour I. Umanah obtained hIs First Degree (B. Sc. in Zoology) from the University of Jos in 1989. He obtained his M. Sc (Applied Hydrobiology and Fisheries) in 1992 also from University of Jos. His Ph.D (Fisheries and Aquaculture) was obtained in 2009 from Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike. His research interest is in the areas of aquaculture, fish reproduction, fish nutrition and pond fish management. He's author of several journal articles.
