Biography

Mr. Olaniyi Oladipo Oladiti is currently working as Faculty member of Department of Microbiology, Federal University of Technology, Akure, Ondo State, Nigeria. He has completed his M.Sc. (Hons.) in Microbiology from Federal University of Technology, Akure, Nigeria, and PhD in Microbial Enzymology (Food Microbiology). His current research area focuses on Wild and Domesticated Populations of Saccharomyces Cerevisiae Associated with Nature and Fermented Food Production in Africa. He is author and co-author of 24 journal papers. He is also serving as reviewer for journals. He is professional member of Nigerian Society for Microbiology, Nigerian Institute of Food Science and Technology, American Society of Microbiology, and Live DNA.
