Biography

Ibrahim Eldeen conducts research under natural product program with a focused interest on plant-derived molecules. He is currently studying the effects of metabolites from mangrove plants on proliferation of synovial fibroblast in rheumatoid arthritis using in vitro models. He is also looking for bioactive agents produced by the mangrove endophytic microorganisms.
