Biography

Dr. Vincenzo Tufarelli is currently working as Associate Professor at University of Bari Aldo Moro, Italy. He has completed his Ph.D. in Animal Nutrition from same University. His area of expertise includes Nutrition, Crop, Feed, Chemical Composition, and Dairy. His research interests lie in the field of Animal Science, With Emphasis on Feeding, Production and Feed. He has considerable experience in Poultry Science with particular interest in Nutrition. He is serving as editorial board member and peer reviewer for several indexed journals, and he published many papers in peer reviewed journal, book chapters and conference papers focused on Animal Nutrition and Agricultural Science.
