Belisario Dominguez Mancera, was born in Orizaba, Veracruz, on March 1, 1975. He completed High School in CBTa # 17, located in the Santa Fe Ver. In 1996 He graduated from the career of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Sciences at the Veracruz University, in 1998 he graduated of the Master in Animal Production in the area of Animal Reproduction Sciences of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), awarded by CONACYT. In August of the same year, he joined the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Sciences of the Veracruz University as a professor in the area of Bovine Anatomy, Physiology and Clinic, from February 1999 to November 2001 he worked in the National Campaign against Brucellosis and Bovine Tuberculosis, as well as in the National Campaign against the Tick in the local Cattle Association of Veracruz. From January 2001 to December 2002 he was an advisor to the Rangers Validation and Technology Transfer Group (Paso de Ovejas, Veracruz). He has been a speaker and assistant at the Veracruz Scientific and Technological Research Meeting and at the National Livestock Research Meeting (RNIP). In 1999, he completed the Diploma in Computer Science at the Institute of Engineering, and the Diploma in Technology Transfer offered by the FMVZ-UV. In the year 2000 he carried out Specialization studies in Statistics at the Faculty of Statistics and Informatics of the Veracruz University; in 2006 he graduated from the PhD in Physiology Sciences in the area of Neuroendocrinology from the Institute of Physiology of the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla, with a grant from CONACYT; He has been a speaker and assistant at the Congress of Physiological Sciences and at the International Congress Society for Neuroscieces (SFN). He is a member of the Society for Neuroscieces since 2003 and a member of the National System of Researchers (SNI). From 1998 to date, he works as a professor at the Universidad Veracruzana attached to the School of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Sciences with staff number 23757.
