Biography

Dr. Abul Quasem Al-Amin is currently working as Associate Professor at International Business School (IBS), Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Malaysia. He has completed his Ph.D. in Environment and Development Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), Malaysia. Previously he was appointed as Lecturer at University Tun Abdul Razak (UNITAR), Malaysia, and Senior Lecturer at University of Malaya, Malaysia. He also worked on many national and international research projects. He is Deputy Editor for International Journal of Environment and Sustainable Development, Deputy Editor for International Journal of Agricultural Resources, Governance and Ecology, Associate Editor for Management of Environmental Quality, and International Journal of Climate Change Strategies and Management. He is associate fellow of Institute for Environment and Development (LESTARI), Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, member of Western Economic Association International, USA and IIOA (Input-Output) Association, USA. He has published 2 books, 33 research articles in journals, 2 book chapters, and 13 conference proceedings contributed as author/co-author. He also delivered 13 invited speeches.
