Elsa Rakhmi Dewi, PhD is a researcher at Indonesian Agroclimate and Hydrology Research Institute, Indonesian Agency for Agricultural Research and Development, Ministry of Agriculture. Dr. Dewi received a bachelor degree in agriculture, Faculty of Agriculture at Padjadjaran University in 2000. Masters Degree in plant nutrition was completed at Hannover University, Germany in 2005. Doctoral education in crop production systems in the tropics was completed at Georg-August-Universitat Goettingen, Germany in 2016. Dr. Dewi has received DAAD scholarship for master and PhD program.
