Biography

Kai-Ping Huang received his PhD in management. He has published in international academic journals on topics in relation to entrepreneurship such as entrepreneurial orientation, the development of trust, leadership and decision-making styles. His research also covers the areas of cross-cultural studies, especial in cultural and international management issues in the context of China’s transitional economy.
