Biography

Khalid Y. Alsharafa, PhD is an Associate Professor at Mu`tah University- Faculty of Science. Dr. Alsharafa has over 16 scientific papers and projects either presented or published. He is a recognized expert in areas of molecular, biochemistry and physiology of plants. Dr. Alsharafa is the Vic Dean of Faculty of Science at Mu`tah University since 2019. Recent publications and research focused on abiotic stresses impose on plant physiological processes such as seed germination, phenolic compounds production, antioxidant and resistant enzymes activities regulation. In addition, some measurements that get indication plant responses toward specific stresses.
