Biography

During (1994-2014) Dr. Marwan S.M. Al-Nimer worked as Head of Department of Pharmacology at Saddam College of Medicine. He obtained his MBChB from College of Medicine, Baghdad University, and MD (Higher Diploma in Medicine) from College of Medicine, Al-Mustansiriya University in 2000. His research experiences includes Senior Lecturer in Pharmacology at Kufa College of Medicine, Head of Department of Pharmacology at Saddam College of Medicine, Professor of Pharmacology at College of Medicine, Pharmaceutical Consultant at Ibn-Cina Centre for drug research, Arab Company For Antibiotic Industry, Dofar Pharmaceuticals, External Lecturer at (1) College of Medicine, Anbar University, (2) College of Medicine, Diyala University, (3) College of Pharmacy, Hawler Medical University. He is also an editor/reviewer in Iraqi Medical Journal, Medical Basic Sciences Journa, Kufa Medical Journal, Oman Medical Journal, and Clinical Pharmacology (USA), International Journal of Rheumatic Diseases (Australia), Drug activity, Medical Journals. He is member of Scientific Research Board. He published (126) articles, (6) Strategy Research, (4) Edited Books (1) patents as author/co-author. He is also supervising 14 PhD and 33 MSc students thesis.
