Biography

Dr. Martha Thomson is an associate professor in biochemistry in the Dept. of Biological Sciences, Faculty of Science, Kuwait University. Dr. Thomson`s area of research focuses on the study of functional foods, including garlic, ginger and tea, on the alleviation of chronic diseases such as diabetes mellitus and hypertension.
