Dr. Rana M. Ibrahim is currently working as Clinical Pharmacy Lecturer at University of Sharjah, Sharjah, UAE. She obtained her Ph.D. in Pharmacy from University of Florida, Florida, USA in 2007. Dr. Rana received honors includes, Jack Kutnick Alumnus Pharmacy Scholarship, Prime Minister of Lebanon scholarship, to attend 4 years of college at Lebanese American University in Beirut, Lebanon, Deans Lister at Henry Ford Community College, Winner of one of the best poster Award at the Dubai International Pharmaceuticals & Technologies Conference & Exhibition 2009-2011, Dubai International Pharmaceuticals & Technologies Conference & Exhibition (DUPHAT) Coordinator with the University of Sharjah, Awarded many winning prizes for many best DUPHAT posters exhibited, Letter of Appreciation awarded from the Chancellor of the University of Sharjah. In past she worked as Nursing Program Adjunct Professor at Henry Ford Community College, Dearborn, USA, Pharmacy Manager, Staff Pharmacist, Pharmacy Intern, and Pharmacy Technician at Rite Aid Corporation, Michigan, USA, Supplemental Instructor for the Pharmacy Program at Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan, USA, and Math Chemistry French Tutor at Henry Ford Community College, Dearborn, Michigan, USA. She has published 5 research papers in journals, 2 abstract in conferences as author/co-author. She also attended number of workshops and seminars. She is member of following different committees, Student Training Committee, Student Affairs and Advising Committee, Accreditation Committee Member, Assessment Committee Participator, Exam Assessment, Quality Assurance Committee, Faculty Development Committee, Patient Counseling Committee, and DUPHAT Students Abstracts Evaluation Committee Member. She also gives oral presentation at Dubai international pharmaceuticals and technologies conference and exhibition.
