Dr. Minar Mahmoud Mohamed Hassanein is currently working as Professor at National Research Centre, Food Industries and Nutrition. She has completed her Ph.D. in Fats and Oils from same Institute. Her main area of interest focuses on Fats, Oils & their Derivatives. Her area of expertise includes Oil Seeds, Natural Antioxidants, Phytochemical Components, Non Conventional Oils, Oils from by-products (wastes), Rosted & Unroasted Seeds, Frying, Minor components in Vegetable Oils, Phytonutrient Components, Vegetable Oils, Edible Oils, Omega-3, Stability of Edible Oils, and Oxidative Stability of Oils.
