Biography

Ameer Mohamed Shalan is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Mansoura University Faculty of Agriculture, and a manager of quality assurance unit. Dr. Ameer has over 15 scientific papers and projects either presented or published. He is recognized expert in many areas of horticulture management, fruit trees fertilization, Pomology Research and quality assurance. He is a regularly sought after and requested lecturer at the majority of major agriculture faculties throughout the Arab Gulf States and Egypt. Recent publications include a paper on the use of different horticultural practice for fruit trees. Dr. Ameer holds a postDoc in fruit production and Ph.D. with highest honors from Mansoura University. He completed his residency in Horticulture at Mansoura University Faculty of Agriculture and a Pomology research fellowship in the Department of Pomology at Mansoura University Faculty of Agriculture.
