Dr. Ibrahim Hamdy Younos is currently working as Assistant Professor in Pharmacology and Clinical Pharmacy Department, School of Medicine & Health Sciences Sultan Qabus University, Oman, and Lecturer in Clinical Pharmacology Department, Faculty of Medicine, Minufiya University, Egypt. He obtained his PhD in Basic Biomedical Sciences from University of Nebraska Medical Center, Omaha, NE, USA in 2011, and MBBCh, Medicine and Surgery from School of Medicine, Minufiya University, Minufiya, Egypt in 1997. In past he worked as House Officer, Minufiya University Hospital, Minufiya, Egypt, General Practitioner & Family Medicine, Ministry of Health & Population, Demonstrator and Assistant Lecturer at Minufiya University, Postdoctoral Fellow at Lee Moffitt Cancer Center, Tampa, FL, USA. He is member of following scientific societies, American Association of Cancer Research, American Society for Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics, Egyptian Society of Pharmacology & Experimental Therapeutics. He is also a member of editorial board and reviewer of journals. Dr. Ibrahim Hamdy received honors include Postdoctoral Fellowship, Experimental PhD Graduate Fellowship from the Ministry of Higher Education, Egypt, TEMPUS-sponsored Fellowship, WHO Fellowship to attend the International PRDU Training Course for Best Research Project Proposal Award, Pakistan. He is also invited as speaker in foreign countries. He has published 16 articles in journals as author/co-author.
