Biography

Dr. Moamen S. Refat is leading now a major research groups in Egypt and Kingdom Saudi Arabia in the field of Inorganic Spectroscopy. He obtained his Ph. D. degree in Inorganic Chemistry, Zagazig University in 2002. He is member of following scientific societies, Egyptian Syndicate of Scientific Professions, Saudi Chemical Society, Telesio-Galilei Acadmy of Science. In past he worked as Visitor Professor of Inorganic Chemistry at Bulgarian Academy of Science, Visitor Professor at Thamar University, Assistant Professor & Professor of Inorganic Chemistry at Taif University, Assistant Professor & Professor at Port Said University, Assistant Professor, Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer at Suez Canal University. He is also serving as Advisory Editorial Board member of the International Journals, and a reviewer for different international journals of chemistry. Prof. Dr. Moamen received number of honor include, The 2013 Gold Medal Telesio-Galilei Acadmey of Science for the pioneering work in Chemistry, Abdel-Hammed Shooman Price in Chemistry, Shield of Distinguished Scientist of Taif University, Arab Prize in Chemistry for Young Arab Researchers, Suez Canal University Award for Chemical Research, Selection number of my research articles in American Medical Encyclopedia World, Port Said University Award, and Taif University Award. He has published 1 book and more than 170 articles in journals in which contributed as author/co-author, and 16 research students were awarded M. Sc. and Ph. D. degrees under his supervision.
