Biography

Stephen Omari is a Lecturer at the Department of Environmental and Natural Resources Management, Presbyterian University College, Ghana. He is currently enrolled as a PhD candidate on the Environmental Science Programme at the University of Ghana. He holds a BSc. Biochemistry and MPhil Environmental Science, from the University of Ghana. He has a number of publications in international journals.
His research areas include water quality, sanitation and hygiene promotion, environmental pollution, environmental toxicology and climate change.
As an environmentalist, Stephen Omari has an objective to influence society to adopt a positive attitude towards the environment. He also desires to be part of a winning educational and research team in which his education in the sciences and experiences in the environmental fields combine to improve and safeguard the natural environment and human health.
