Biography

Dr. Chibundu Ezekiel is currently working as Senior Lecturer, Food Microbiology/ Safety & Mycotoxicology at Department of Biosciences and Biotechnology, Babcock University, Ilishan Remo, Ogun State, Nigeria. He has completed his Ph.D. in Mycology from University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Nigeria. His area of expertise includes Food Safety, Mycotoxins, Fungi/ Mycology, Food Microbiology, Food Processing, Fungal Metabolites, Chemotaxonomy, Molecular Mycology, and Microbial Ecology. He is an author and co-author of 50 journal papers.
