Biography

Dr. Victoria Olusola Adetunji is currently working as Senior Lecturer at University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Nigeria. She has completed her Ph.D. in Veterinary Public Health from same University. Her main area of interest focuses on Animal and Veterinary Sciences, and Food Safety/Microbiology. Her area of expertise includes Food Microbiology, Food Safety, Biofilms, and Antibiogram. She has published 1 book, 1 book chapter, and 67 research articles in journals as author/co-author.
