Samson Ishola Ibironke is a seasoned and distinguished Nutritionist; He attended School of Science and Technology Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria and University of Sheffield, United Kingdom and Joseph Ayo Babalola University, Nigeria for both undergraduate and postgraduate studies respectively. He has contributed to the training of many graduates and undergraduates in the area of Public Heaven, Food Science, Nutrition and Technology, Ile-Ife. He is currently Assistant Chief Technologist at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. His research interest focuses on plants, animals, eggs, peptides, histopathology, heamatology, nutritional aspect of vegetable protein obtained from leaves, seeds and nuts of foods. He has published over twenty peer-reviewed articles in local and international journals. The Nigerian Journal of Nutritional Science, African Journal of Food Science, Nutrition & Food Science, American Journal of Food Technology, American Journal of Food and Nutrition, American Journal of Nutrition and Food Science, African Journal of Food And Agriculture Nutrition And Development (ajfand), International Journal of Nutrition and Food Sciences, Annals. Associate editor of MOJ Food Process Technol, and Journal of Food Chemistry & Nanotechnology. He has delivered several speeches in local and international conferences.
