Cletus is a Lecturer at the Department of Geography at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) and holds a PhD from the University of Leicester, UK. He is an Associate Fellow Advanced HE, the Royal Geographical Society (with IBG) in the UK and member of the Intl. Geographical Union Commission on Geography of Governance and Assoc. of American Geographers.
