Dr Joshua Ma'aku Mark was born to the family of Mr/Mrs Joshua Danasebe Tsokwa Riti in Wukari LGA, obtained His primary education in Riti Primary School in 1989, secondary education at the Government Teacher's College Wukari in 1995, with his desire for science, He sat for senior secondary school NECO in 2015 passed.
He further obtained B.tech, M.tech and a PhD Environmental Resource Management.
