Biography

Dr. Adekunle Kolawole Lawal is currently working as Deputy Director at Federal institute of Industrial Research, Nigeria, and Senior Lecturer (Adjunct) at Department of Biological Sciences Covenant University, Ota. He has completed his Ph.D. in Food and Industrial Microbiology from University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Nigeria. He has published 50 research articles in journals, 12 conference presentations contributed as author/co-author. He also delivered 4 lectures as Guest Speaker. He is professional member of American Society for Microbiology, Nigerian Society for Microbiology (NSM), Association of Industrial Microbiology of Nigeria (AIMN), and Nigeria Institute for Food Science and Technology (NIFST). He also completed 8 research projects.
