Biography

Prof. Olawumi Oluwafunmilola Fapohunda is currently working at Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture Management, Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, Ekiti-State University, Ado-Ekiti, Nigeria. She holds a Ph.D. in Fisheries Management from Federal University of Technology, Akure, Nigeria. She is a member of many associations such as Fisheries Society of Nigeria, Pan African Fish and Fisheries Association, Third World Organization for Women in Science, International Association of Aquaculture Economics and Management, National Association of Women Academics, Business and Professional Women Association, Farm Management Association of Nigeria, Nigerian Environmental Study/Action Team, fellow of African Scientific Institute. She has published 3 thesis, 3 books, edited 5 books, 8 papers in conference proceedings and 30 research articles in journals contributed as author /co-author. She also attended a number of international conferences and scientific meetings over the years.
