Biography

I am Wilfred Otang Mbeng, holder of a PHD in Botany from the
University of Fort Hare. I am currently a Senior Lecturer of Botany at the University of Mpumalanga, South Africa. I am married and we have three children. I have a good working knowledge of the following: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access and MS Power point. My ability to speak, write and present myself fluently and immaculately has enabled me to have good interpersonal relations with different people. I have conducted many ethnobotanical surveys among herbalists, traditional healers, HIV/AIDS patients and other rural dwellers. This has greatly enhanced my interpersonal skills. Hence, has challenged me to be creative, nurturing and most of all patient. I have published 15 articles in accredited journals.
