Biography

Dr. Jacob Willie is currently working as Research Associate at Terrestrial Ecology Unit, Ghent University Belgium. He obtained his PhD in Forest & Wildlife Ecology from same University in 2012. In past he worked as Research Coordinator and Principal Scientist at PGS, Royal Zoological Society of Antwerp, Centre for Research and Conservation, Senior Consultant at German Technical Cooperation Agency, Site Manger at Max Planck Institute for Evolutionary Anthropology, and Consultancy team member at Rio Tinto Alcan / POYRY Environment SA. He is professional member of Dja Actors Forum. He supervised 6 Masters students. He has published 8 articles in peer review journals, 1 book chapter, 1 review, and 3 abstracts contributed as author/co-author.
