Biography

Dr. Angeliki N. Menegaki is currently working as Manager in OGA (Organismos Georgikon Asfaliseon, OGA), Regional Branch of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace, based in Komotini. She obtained her Ph.D. in Environmental Economics from University of Stirling, Scotland, UK. Her area of interest focuses on Environmental & Natural Resource Economics, Econometrics of Preference Valuation, Environmental and Social Marketing, Applied Economics, and Research Methodology. She also worked as Account Officer in Egnatia Securities S.A., Athens, and EFG Eurobank S.A., Corporate Department, Heraklion Crete, and Government Employee at Crete and Komotini. She supervised 5 postgraduate students in Hellenic Open University (HOU). She also participated in many national and international conferences. She has published 20 articles in journals and 16 papers in conferences as author/co-author. She has been also serving as referee in number of journals. She is member of editorial board in Journal of Sustainable Development, Canadian Centre of Science and Education. She also received 1st prize from ΙΚΥ for her academic performance in the academic year 1994-1995 in the Department of Economics, University of Crete, and Renewable Energy Reviewer Award.
