Biography

Dr. Marcos de la Pena obtained his Ph.D. in Biology from Polytechnic University of Valencia, Spain, and Post-doctoral at RNA-Protein Group at the European Molecular Biology Laboratories. Currently he is working on Research contract within the Ramon y Cajal Program in the Department of Plant Stress, Institute for Molecular and Cellular Biology of Plants (UPV-CSIC, Spain). He was received Postdoctoral EMBO fellowship, EMBL Grenoble Outstation, France, Specialization Fellowship in International Centers from the MCyT, Spain. He was received Ph.D. thesis extraordinary award from University of Valencia. He has 20 publications in journals contributed as author/co-author.
