Biography

Dr. Maria Alexandra Castelo Sobral Monteiro is currently working as Invited Professor at Department of Economy, Management and Industrial Engineer of the University of Aveiro. She has completed her Ph.D. in Environmental Science from same University. She also participated in several COST actions, Integrated Actions, EU projects within the 5th, 6th and 7th Framework Programmes, with focus on Air Quality Modeling. She actively participated in number of conferences, workshops and seminars. She has published 36 research articles in journals, 13 books and book chapters, 8 other presentations and 37 conference papers contributed as author/co-author. She is also serving as member of editor board and reviewer for journals.
