Biography

Dr. Oscar Grillo obtained his PhD in Botany. He is having more than 10 years research experience. During 2014-2015 he worked in Network of sardinian private companies in the wine sector. His experience and skills include excellent knowledge of image analysis systems and computer-aided artificial vision, several experiences in the statistical elaboration of raw data, research experience in the determination of the physico-chemical and rheological features on wheat flours and product analysis on wheat grains, good knowledge in the determination of the physico-chemical and microbiological features on citrus fruit juices and essential oils. He is also serving as reviewer in number of international journals. He has published 28 research articles in journals, 1 chapter in book. He is also serving as co-tutor of 7 PhD students thesis.
