Biography

Dr. Santiago Alvarez Prado is Post Doctorate Student in Maize Eco-Physiology and Genetics from French National Institute for Agricultural Research, France. He has completed his Ph.D. in Crop Physiology and Genetics from School of Graduate Studies, Faculty of Agronomy, National University of Rosario, Argentina. Dr. Santiago received honors includes Graduate research fellowship from FONCyT, Ph.D. research fellowship type II from CONICET, and Food and Nutrition Security scholarship from the government of Germany with the financial support by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). He has 5 publications in journals and 9 papers in scientific meeting. He also guided 1 student thesis. He also serving as reviewer for African Journal of Agricultural Research, Archives in Agronomy and Soil Science, BMC Genomics, Crop Science, Frontiers in Plant Science, Journal of Pollination Ecology, and PLOS ONE.
