Biography

Kate Blanco is a postdoctoral fellow at the São Carlos Institute of Physics (IFSC) at the University of São Paulo (USP) working at the Optics and Photonics Research Center (CEPOF). Graduated in Biomedicine from the University of Araraquara. He received the title of master in microbiology (2009) and doctor of microbiology (2013) from Universidade Estadual Paulista. He specializes in industrial fermentation and the production products and processes for health and food.
