I am a tertiary qualified senior geologist and industry professor, with over 10+ years of experience in delivering high-level professional and technical advice and service to top universities, research institutions, and industry organizations. I have delivered more than 30 invited presentations and more than 50 proposals/strategic plans to a wide range of stakeholders. I focus on the development and delivery of the new prospectivity models for Li-U-REE explorations in Eastern Asia, Western Australia, the Northern Territory, and Namibia. I have more than 15 years of experience in collecting, producing, interpreting, and managing a large range of geoscience data. My excellent leadership and mentoring skills can be demonstrated by leading more than 20 high-impact projects, two key laboratories (critical mineral and geochemistry), and several Ph.D. and master’s degree programs in geology. In my work, I am always diligent, and conscientious and I will never miss a deadline.
