Dr. Zhenze Li is currently working as Geoscience Consultant at Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission, Canada. He has completed his Ph.D. in Geoenvironmental Engineering from Zhejiang University, China. His area of research interest related to Constitutive Models for Geomaterials, THMC coupled modeling for Reactive Multiphase Flow in Porous Media, Simulation of Deep Geological Repository (DGR) for Nuclear Waste and CO2 Sequestration, Physicochemical Mechanism of Hydrofracturing, CO2-Rock Interaction, and Preferential Flow etc, Hazardous Wastes/Remediation. Dr. Zhenze was received honor includes Best Presentation Award from Seoul National University, Seoul, Korea, Best Presentation Award, 45th Japan Geotechnical Society Conference (JGS), Matsuyama, Japan, Best Annual Research Award, International Geosynthetics Society, Japan, and Postdoctoral Fellowship & Researcher in Nuclear Research Institute, Utsunomiya University. He also received number of grants for his research work. He also collaborated with many international institutes. He is also acting as member of editorial board and reviewer for several journals. He is member of following societies, Canadian Geotechnical Society, Canada, Ottawa Geotechnical Group, Ottawa, ON, Canada, Hubei Provincial Research Center for Safe Disposal and Ecological Valuation of Solid Wastes, China Academy of Sciences, Wuhan, China, International Geosynthetics Society, Japanese Geotechnical Society, fellow of Japan Society for Promotion of Science, and member of International Association of Lowland Technology. He also delivered number of invited presentations. He has published 42 research articles in journals, 6 technical reports, and 35 refereed conference papers contributed as author/co-author.
