Dr. Fanny Y.F. Young holds a position of Assistant Professor at Business Administration, Hong Kong Shue Yan University, Hong Kong. She has completed her Ph.D. in Business Management from University of Newcastle, Australia. Her main area of expertise includes Management, Quality of Life, Business Management, Work Life Balance, Human Resource Management, Training and Development, Entrepreneur, and Industrial Relations. She has published 15 research articles in journals as author/co-author.
